The Vestments series is made up of three (3) works made of acrylic paint and cotton thread (each one on 4 sheets of transparent acrylic). The pieces within their aesthetic and plastic content seek to reflect the different physical and psychological garments that cover the human being, a being that is not only covered by skin, but also by different layers of social codes and experiences that vary with the age of the individual . Cotton thread contributes content and significance to the work, being a common material in the making of clothing.
